Stephen Baldwin comes out of the woodwork.

Monday, October 20th, 2008

In the past few weeks Michael Lohan’s buddy Stephen Baldwin has latched himself onto the hype that’s revolving around the charity boxing match that’s happening on November 24th. It’s established that Baldwin will be a celebrity judge for the event. This makes sense as proceeds will be helping a Long Island based charity. (Boxing participants are Long Island natives.) Additionally, this has given Baldwin a license to take advantage of numerous photo opportunity’s with Michael Lohan and put himself back on the radar screen. In regard to the media under normal circumstances, Michael Lohan would have no problem stealing Baldwin’s thunder. Shockingly enough, Lohan is the pioneer when it comes to boxing challenges while “Baby Baldwin” is milking the hype one for all it’s worth.

In a recent article on Starpulse, actor Stephen Baldwin has challenged US presidential candidate Barack Obama to a boxing match. Obama is sure to brush this one off. If he should he win the presidential election this November, Stephen Baldwin has vowed to leave the United States while calling Obama a “cultural terrorist”. (WTF?)

If Obama wins the election, who will replace Stephen Baldwin after his self-exile (Canada!) to judge the November slug-fest between Michael Lohan and Bob Venero?

What happened to the days when Stephen Baldwin used to be cool and make great movies? Seriously, how awesome was the movie Threesome back in 1994? Baldwin was the man when he played “Stuart”, a horny college student. It seems like those days are over, where now it’s become a “duo” between him and Michael Lohan.

Press Release Pictures

Sunday, October 19th, 2008

Below are a few shots taken from the press release last week.   For the photo shoot, Bob Venero began using blue colored gloves, then made the transition to yellow for the rest of the pictures. (Weird!)  The pictures show Robert Venero and Michael Lohan acting friendly toward one another, however some live sparring did take place where it got rough and both men needed to be seperated.  Bob Venero is training with Tony Fortunato, ( former professional boxer and owner) at The Eye of the Tiger Boxing Club in Wyandanch.  Bob’s serious about his training regimen and intends to incorporate “technology” into his workout routine.  Lohan on the other hand, appears more distracted as he’s eating up the media attention with his buddy Stephen Baldwin. (celebrity judge)  My money is on Bob Venero based on the fact that he started a technology company (from his basement!) and grew it into a $100 million dollar empire.  If he had the dedication to do that, training for this charity event should reflect a similar work ethic while Michael Lohan is relying on his “seven years martial arts experience”.  Nonetheless, this is an important fight for both contenders.

Bob Venero - President, Future Tech Enterprise Inc.

“The Humanitarian Hitman”

Bob Venero, President and CEO of Future Tech Enterprise Inc. has the heart of a champion and the much needed confidence to step in the ring with the “bad boy dad” himself, Michael Lohan (estranged father of Lindsey Lohan). Bob Venero will be entering the ring as “The Humanitarian Hitman” as he’s well-known for his generosity and involvement with numerous charities. Bob Venero will be stepping into the ring to take Michael Lohan down, making this the ultimate fight between good and evil.

During a press release at the Printing House Fitness and Squash Club in Manhattan today, Michael Lohan threw a punch at Bob Venero to show him that he’s not playing games. Venero, unexpectedly retaliated with harder shot back at Lohan and both men exchanged blows until being separated by boxing promoter Jeff Cohen. While being restrained, the two fighters stared each other down while exchanging words.

Stephen Baldwin will be one of the celebrity judges for the event who thinks that his buddy Michael Lohan will “do fine in the ring”. “But then again Bob is no slouch” he later said. Jeff Cohen expects to raise more than $100,000 for his charity as he later stated that this event “is going to be a war”. “Michael Lohan is not going down without a struggle and Bob Venero is not paying $30,000 to get humiliated. They will both be swinging for the fences”.
